Texture
The flesh is very sweet and tender but the yield (shell to flesh ratio) is lower as compared to the Sri Lanka Mud Crabs.
Approximately 2-5 whole pieces, but actual number of pieces will depend on the weight.
Cooking Methods

They are easy to cook and their shells is not as hard as the mud crabs. Before cooking them, you can use the top of your knife (Blunt end) to simply knock on the shell to crack it so that its easier to peel and eat the crab meat after cooking.
