The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Seafood Lobang Pte Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “Lobang”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the website, mobile website, or mobile application (jointly referred to as ”seafoodlobang.com.sg”).
By using SeafoodLobang.com.sg and/or placing an order, you agree to be bounded by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
The Terms might be amended from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on SeafoodLobang.com.sg at the time you place your order.
SEAFOOD LOBANG aims to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs steadily like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the SeafoodLobang.com.sg site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these Terms.
2. Prices and Delivery Charges
The prices displayed at the respective product listing on SeafoodLobang.com.sg does not include a delivery charge.
The cost or charges for the delivery is clearly indicated during the check-out process. For orders above SGD$60, the delivery charges are waived. The minimum order cost may change without prior notice to you. For more information regarding delivery cost please visit FAQ pages for further information. Prices in store and online may vary accordingly.
3. Ordering/Conclusion of Contract
The ordering option available to you is via SeafoodLobang.com.sg. Please visit our FAQ page for further information.
After you have placed your order and provided your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. SEAFOOD LOBANG will fulfil the order in accordance with the email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount to make the payment. SEAFOOD LOBANG reserves the right to select whatever payment mode to refund the amount. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact SEAFOOD LOBANG customer service who will settle the refund.
We reserve the right to decline and cancel any order you place with us. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per order or per entity. These restrictions may include purchases made by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and or purchases that use the same billing or delivery address. In the event that such changes or cancellations occur, we may attempt to reach you by the contact information provided in the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole discretion appear to be placed by and not limited to dealers, resellers or distributors.
SEAFOOD LOBANG’s website is only intended for use by people residing in Singapore or businesses and companies in Singapore (“the Serviced Country”). We are in no obligation to accept orders outside the Serviced Country. SEAFOOD LOBANG exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
SEAFOOD LOBANG endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within the stipulated time. Expected delivery time can be found in our FAQs. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected or unforeseen events.
During the checkout process, you will be able to select the delivery options. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

5. Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
All requests must be made by 11:59pm (2359 Hours Singapore Time) on the same day of delivery and supported with photo evidence as proof.
Every case will be subjected to SEAFOOD LOBANG approval on a case-by-case basis after evaluation.
Please always double check your order upon delivery so our delivery personnel can respond accordingly if needed. We maintain strict standards in our seafood preparation and packaging to ensure that freshness and quality is delivered to you. As the seafood is perishable, SEAFOOD LOBANG will not accept any returns in exchange for any refunds.
Strictly no cancellation is allowed once order has been submitted and paid.
6. Payment methods
You can pay for your goods as set out below.
Payment before delivery
Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. SEAFOOD LOBANG reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks. Please note that any applicable bank charges will be borne by you.
Please note that we are unable to accept gift cards and merchandise cards as forms of payments via SeafoodLobang.com.sg.
PayNow / PayLah!
At checkout, you may pay for your orders by scanning the dynamic QR code generated by the payment service using a valid account. Only once the payment has been processed and received by SEAFOOD LOBANG, the order will be sent to our team to prepare and deliver your order. SEAFOOD LOBANG does not accept any additional transaction charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
Neither SEAFOOD LOBANG nor any other members of SEAFOOD LOBANG’S system shall be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or revenues that arises due to damage, special situations, indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages, including lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to or arising out of the online services. Nothing in this section is intended to limit SEAFOOD LOBANG’s liability for damages to the extent caused by SEAFOOD LOBANG’s own negligence, gross negligence or intentional, unlawful or wilful misconduct. SEAFOOD LOBANG reserves all legal rights to recover damages or other compensation under these terms or as allowed by law.
SEAFOOD LOBANG provides the online services “as is” and without any warranties. The online services may include errors and inaccuracies. SEAFOOD LOBANG provides the online services ‘as is’ and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. SEAFOOD LOBANG does not warrant or make any representation that the services provided will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the online services are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume total responsibility related to your use of the online services. Your sole remedy against SEAFOOD LOBANG and all other members and affiliations of SEAFOOD LOBANG is to stop using them.
The online services may link to or allow you to use third-party websites, downloadable materials, content, social networks, or other digital services (together, “third party services”). These third parties may have their separate terms and conditions or privacy policies that you should review and understand before using them. SEAFOOD LOBANG does not endorse and is not associated with any of these third-party services. SEAFOOD LOBANG has and all other members and affiliations of SEAFOOD LOBANG’s system have no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from or related to the consumption of these third-party services.
SEAFOOD LOBANG has and all other members and affiliations of SEAFOOD LOBANG’s system have no responsibility for SEAFOOD LOBANG’s failure to perform any of its obligations under these terms caused by or related to any event beyond reasonable control. If such an even occurs, then SEAFOOD LOBANG’s obligations under these terms will be suspended for the duration of the event.
You shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore by using these services without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the purpose of any suit, action or other proceeding related to or arising out of this Agreement.
8. Product or Services
All descriptions or recommendations for our products listed on SEAFOOD LOBANG website or other platforms that represent the company may be subjected to change at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any products or services provided at our sole discretion without prior notice. Pictures of our seafood products on the website are representative pictures for illustration only and are there to aid visualisation. SEAFOOD LOBANG cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or your electronic device’s display will be an accurate representation of the colour of our products. SEAFOOD LOBANG reserves the right but not obligated to limit the sales of our products or services to any person(s) in our sole discretion.
Bones in Fishes:
We will endeavour to ensure our fillet portions have minimal bones, however, there could still be fine bones within the fillets from time to time. As such, it is impossible to guarantee 100% bone-free in your fillets, so please note that we are not liable for the presence of bones found in your fillet and SEAFOOD LOBANG will not be providing any refund for such instances. Please do take all extra efforts to ensure that the seafood products supplied are diligently checked for bones at the point of consumption too.
Weight and cut of Fishes:
Your seafood is prepared manually by our dedicated team at SEAFOOD LOBANG, hence we seek your understanding if the portions are not exact in weight and size as they are subjected to variances. However, we will endeavour to do all we can manually possible, to ensure that your request and orders are not short-changed as we strive to bring value and convenience to you and all our valued customers.
9. Recommendations & Method of Preparations
At SEAFOOD LOBANG, the recommendations and methods of preparations are the personal opinions by us. SEAFOOD LOBANG does not take any responsibility for your use of these recommendations nor should we be liable for the accuracy of the recipes that are contained in the website. It is also your own responsibility to consider food allergies of the consumers of these recipes before serving them.
10. Comments, Feedback and Suggestions
At SEAFOOD LOBANG, we welcome all Comments, feedbacks and suggestions whether online but not limited to our Facebook page, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp or otherwise (collectively, ‘Comments’). You agree that SEAFOOD LOBANG may at any time without restriction edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments.
SEAFOOD LOBANG reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which arise in connection with the delivery of goods.
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
13. Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at SeafoodLobang.com.sg remain with SEAFOOD LOBANG and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of SeafoodLobang.com.sg or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of SEAFOOD LOBANG.
14. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, polices or any operating rules posted by SEAFOOD LOBANG on our website or on our social media platforms or any other platforms that represent SEAFOOD LOBANG represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any contract and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between SEAFOOD LOBANG and our customers whether in oral or in writing.
We have to right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subjected to these terms and conditions in force at the time when you purchase and order our products unless those policies or terms and conditions is required to be made by law or by an authority body or if we notify you of the change in those said policies or terms and conditions before we provide you with the dispatch confirmation. In which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted these changes on the policies or terms and conditions unless you notify us to the contrary within seven (7) working days of receipt by you of our products and services.
15. Governing law
Contracts for the purchase and orders of SEAFOOD LOBANG’s products through our site or on other mediums will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subjected to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore
